A Old Granny Visits The Doc.

"Doc, I've got terrible gas! I keep farting all day long, but I can't hear it or even smell it, I just feel it going! I've even done it once or twice in here, too!"

The Doctor gives her some medication. "Come back next week."

The granny comes back after a week, disappointed "It's even worse, Doc! Now the gas is becoming smelly!"

to which the Doc replied "Alright. Cleared your sinuses, now for the ears..."
