The Russian Officer Runs Screaming Into The Kreml To His General

"General! General", he screams, "outside on the Red Square are hundreds of soldiers, eating!"

"Well, let them eat" replies the general. And with that the officer leaves.

A bit later the same officer comes in screaming again at the top of his lungs:
"General! General! Outside on the Red Square are thousands of soldiers, eating!"

Again, the General calmly responds: "That does not concern me. They may eat." And the officer reluctantly leaves the General's office again.

An hour later, he storms in again: "General!! General!! There are a hundred thousand soldiers outside on the Red Square, eating!"

Irritated, the General asks: "What on earth is the matter with the eating soldiers?!"

"They're eating with chopsticks."
