A Zombie Dude Gets Admitted To A Hospital..

...after having lost both his arms, half of his head and a few toes on the left leg in an accident.

It takes multiple hours for a team of experienced surgeons to sow the zombie back up, giving him the latest in robot technology, with a prosthetic leg, two new arms and a cyborg head.

After waking up in the hospital the zombie soon notices something is different, it only takes him a few seconds to observe his new limbs, which he finds quite delightful.

A few weeks pass and the zombie has settled into its new life, but then unexpectedly, while going out for a jog one day, his cyborg head falls off in front of him and starts rolling down a hill in front of him, being intrigued he pursues it and while still being behind it asks "what are you?" , the robotic half-head responds, "I am ahead of you!"
