An Old Man Went To His Doctor For A Regular Check Up

"What's wrong Doc, you look pretty worried."

The Doctor told the old man he had some bad news, in which the old man asked what it was.

"I'm really sorry to tell you this, but you have both cancer and Alzheimer's."
