I Went To The Doctor's Last Week...

I went to the Doctor's last week because I found some lettuce growing out of my anus.

The Doctor said 'Ok, let's have a look, drop your trousers'.

So I drop my trousers, and he says 'Ah yes, I can see some leaves poking out...'

I said 'That's nothing -- that's just the tip of the iceberg!'
