An Elderly Patient

A doctor tells his elderly patient, "I've got bad news and worse news. The bad news is that you have Alzheimer's." "Oh my God", the shocked patient says, "that's terrible! What's the worse news?" "You have cancer" the doctor replies. The patient sighs but smiles, "Well, at least I don't have Alzheimer's."
