A Realist, A Liberal, And A Constructivist At A Bar

A realist, a liberal, and a constructivist are at a bar, arguing. Overhearing their arguments, an interested stranger asks them to explain their theories about the world.

The realist picks up a napkin and draws a box, shading in one side black and leaving the other side blank. "This is the world," he says.

The liberal takes the napkin and draws another box, shading it all in gray. "No," he says. "This is the world."

The constructivist takes the pen from the liberal, holds it up and says "This is the world," before passing out drunk.
